Operator and acceptance
Portugal Hub is a pre-registration project operated by Ruben dos Reis using the Itervanta name. It currently provides information and accepts enquiries, but it does not complete online sales. Use the contact form or email hello@itervanta.com. By using the Hub, you agree to these terms and the rules applying to any feature you choose.
The Hub is designed for adults. A person under 16 should not submit a form or community contribution without a parent or guardian.
Information, not personal advice
Guides, news, weather, surf, fire, place, ranking and community material provide general information. They do not determine visa eligibility, replace current authority instructions or provide personal legal, tax, financial, medical, property, safety or emergency advice.
Conditions and official processes change. Check the date, place and facts that apply to you. In an emergency in Portugal call 112.
Consultations and commercial services
A consultation request is an invitation to arrange a 30-minute general-orientation session at the displayed price. A booking exists only after the Hub confirms the expert, time, final price including applicable tax, payment route, cancellation conditions and service scope in writing. Nothing is charged through the current request form.
An event, professional or business submission does not guarantee acceptance, publication, coverage or a favourable review. Any paid campaign receives its own written scope and remains clearly labelled.
Community contributions
You must have the right to submit your content, keep it lawful, accurate to your knowledge and free from private or sensitive information. You keep ownership but grant the Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, moderate, edit for clarity or privacy, publish, display, archive and remove the contribution for operating and promoting the service.
No harassment, hate, threats, exploitation, fraud, impersonation, unlawful instruction, spam, disguised promotion or unsupported damaging allegation. The Community Guidelines form part of these terms.
Moderation decisions are made according to safety, legality, relevance and these rules. Affected users can request reasons or review through the contact route. Credible urgent risks can be escalated to the appropriate authority.
Professionals, listings and reviews
Listed means that a public operating identity and contact route were found; it is not an endorsement. Verified and Hub Recommended have separate published meanings. You remain responsible for checking identity, registration, insurance, scope, fees and current suitability before engaging anyone.
Professional profiles can be claimed, corrected or removed through the route shown on the profile. Service-linked reviews remain separate from provider responses and are checked before any publication. Payment cannot suppress a genuine review or purchase a trust state.
AI, live data and outside services
Sofia is an AI assistant and can be inaccurate or incomplete. Her output is not professional advice or a binding Hub statement. Weather, marine, fire and map features depend on third-party data and infrastructure, can be delayed or unavailable and must not be the sole basis for a safety-critical decision.
External links and embedded services are governed by their operators after you choose to use them. The Hub does not control their availability, content or privacy practices.
Permitted use and intellectual property
Do not probe or bypass security, automate abusive submissions, scrape restricted data, overload services, copy substantial original content, impersonate another person or use the Hub to infringe rights. Search engines may index public pages in accordance with normal web controls.
Original Hub branding, writing, structure, design, software and created materials belong to the operator or relevant licensors. Public authority material, third-party names, maps and data remain subject to their own rights and licences.
Availability, responsibility and changes
The Hub is maintained with reasonable care but is provided without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free availability. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain unaffected.
These terms may change when the service or law changes. The displayed review date identifies the active version. Portuguese law is the starting point, subject to mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction that apply elsewhere.
